Failure Analysis

Failure analysis is a method or process of collecting and analyzing data to determine the cause of a failure with a goal of defining the corrective action.  The varied testing techniques allow us to make recommendations to reduce risk and failure by helping to identify materials that will induce a longer life cycle and provide safer and more cost-efficient processes.  Failure analysis offers several capabilities that result in the scientific, logical, structured and deductive techniques for identifying the causes behind the failure of a piece of equipment or piping.
